Welcome to my website! I am an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at St. Francis Xavier University.

Currently, I teach Social Psychology and the Psychology of Sex and Gender.
​
As director of the Prejudice Awareness and Reduction (PAR) Lab, our research (1) outlines the antecedents and consequences of prejudice and discrimination and (2) mobilizes knowledge to reduce bias and discrimination.
We focus our work on women, including those with intersecting identities, LGBTQIA+ people, and migrants.
